My name is Devin; I am 26. I am a student in the Entrepreneurship & Small Business course. Like I said, I am not an expert, just a person. Before I was a student here, I was a student at a different college, and this is where a former professor told me the name of the feeling that I could not describe, ‘Imposter Syndrome.’

Interested in building real HR experience? Our club’s HR Team helps welcome new members, supports recruitment and onboarding, and keeps our community running smoothly. It’s a great way to strengthen your communication and organizational skills while contributing to a positive, people‑focused student environment.

Do you want to become an Events Assistant? Our club is looking to put together a small support team to help the Event Coordinator plan and run major club events. Behind every successful event is a volunteer team working to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The Events Team plays a key role in creating engaging, inclusive experiences that support creativity, collaboration, and professional development.

Do you want to help build a marketing strategy for the DC Blogging Club? Through campus initiatives, events, workshops, and online content, the Marketing Team works together to promote the club, foster creativity, highlight student achievements, and strengthen the club’s presence both on campus and online. Marketing Assistants gain practical experience in branding, communication, and content strategy while contributing to a growing student media platform.

As a student, there are many resources available to you in the community that offer free streaming services. Some of these resources are free through your college or university, a library card, or just free in general (with ads). Here are a few of my favourites.

The DC Craft Club is dedicated to students of all skill levels that share an interest in crafting. This club was created to promote stress relief and a way to participate in your hobbies while balancing life as a student. Join us if you want to learn something new, teach others, or just have fun and relax!
