About DC Craft Club
The DC Craft Club is dedicated to students of all skill levels that share an interest in crafting. This club was created to promote stress relief and a way to participate in your hobbies while balancing life as a student. Join us if you want to learn something new, teach others, or just have fun and relax!
What We Do
We aim to meet weekly for Drop-Ins and Workshops (Oshawa Campus). We also run activities online through our Discord Server. All in-person meetings include snacks and beverages.
Drop-Ins
We will provide materials from previous workshops such as yarn, needles, diamond art supplies, and more. During these meetings you can work on your own projects, practice skills, or just relax and study.
Workshops
Workshops allow you to participate in longer activities that are instructor led. These include activities like crochet and embroidery. The workshop host will help and guide you as needed. These events have limited material and are on a “first come first serve” basis.
Discord
Simply join the server and you can chat with other members and executives! We host movie nights, game nights and QOTWs (Question of the Week). This is the best way to get quick responses and find resources for Craft Club events.
