The My Bath & Body Works Rewards program is free to join and gives members a free gift under $9.95 with any purchase on their birthday. This means you can pick up a new hand sanitizer for under two dollars and enjoy your added birthday freebie! This award activates within your Rewards account on your birthdate and can be redeemed within 30 days of your birthday. You will need to make sure you manually input your birthday on your account to receive this award.

Sephora Birthday Freebies
Sephora’s Beauty Insider rewards program offers more than just point redemption; each year, members also get a free birthday present during the month of their birth. Their loyalty program is free to join, and can be done in-store or online through the website and company app. The freebies usually include mini-sized items and sets, and there are usually 3-5 to choose from based on your preferences. This year, some birthday options include a Tower 28 Beauty Everyday Must Duo with SOS Spray and a ShineON Lip Jelly, a Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Skin Spa Trio, a dae Hair Styling Heroes pack with styling cream and hairspray, and a Glossier Celebrate You kit that includes fragrance samples and a blush.
If you are a VIB or Rouge loyalty member, you will also get access to larger freebies for your gift (including the occasional full-sized item)! For this birthday freebie, you have four weeks to claim your reward, starting two weeks before your birth date. You can pick up your reward for free at Sephora, or have it delivered by ordering online with a minimum $25 purchase.

Holo Taco is a nail polish company created by Canadian YouTuber Cristine Rotenberg. This loyalty rewards program provides members with a birthday gift, usually an exclusive nail polish. Members can redeem their birthday reward within 90 days of their birthday, and the gift improves with each loyalty tier.

Denny’s Birthday Freebies
Denny’s offers a free Build Your Own Grand Slam Breakfast to their customers on their birthday. Stop by, provide an ID and enjoy this freebie with the purchase of one drink of your choice. While there is a fee for the drink, this freebie does not require a loyalty program to redeem. Be sure to confirm that your closest location participates, as there are a few location-based exceptions.

Starbucks Birthday Freebies
Starbucks Rewards is a tiered loyalty program that uses a star-based point system to redeem rewards. The program also offers a birthday freebie as an award for all active members who have earned star points throughout the calendar year (made a qualifying purchase) and allows you to redeem a drink or food item. If you are not already a Starbucks Rewards member, be sure to sign up at least 7 days before your birthday, update your date of birth in the App, and make a qualifying purchase that earns at least one star.
All loyalty members start out as a Green Member, and it should be noted that for this freebie your award tier can offer an extended amount of time to redeem your birthday gift. The higher your tier level, the more time you have to claim your treat. Green members (new loyalty members) can only redeem their birthday freebie on their birthday, Gold Members have a week from their birthday, and Reserve Members have 30 full days. Tim Hortons Birthday Freebies
If you have the Timmy’s App, you can get a free birthday treat this year. To be eligible for this birthday bonus, you must have added your birthday to your profile at least 7 days before your birthday and used the associated loyalty rewards card within the app in the last year. The award offer lasts 4 days and will automatically appear in your account two days before your birthday, with an expiration date the day after your birthday. You can activate and use the coupon to redeem a drink or food item at participating locations.
